For Ladies' Home Journal. The story of a guy who left an incriminating belt in his girlfriend's apartment and had to get it before anybody found it and called the police. I wanted to make a typical New York side street brownstone top floor apartment and all the anxiety implicit in the situation. I had fun with all the details of upper Manhattan architecture. I used casein on Arches paper. And a fellow illustrator as the hapless fellow.
